I really do get it!
I suddenly found myself single & sober for the first time in my life at the age of 40, I wasn’t sure what to do first or who I could turn to. The same happened to me again at 42 when I was made redundant from the job I had been in for 11 years, but at this point, I had great coaches that I could reach out to.
